Embedwise Labs is an independent AI practice in New York, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Anthropic. Claude is a product of Anthropic, PBC.

The site

This site describes services on offer: information, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Screens labeled sample data show fictional data, never a client’s.

Engagements

Every engagement starts with a written scope and an agreed number. The fractional role is month to month, ended by either side on 30 days’ written notice. Projects are fixed scope, ending on a date. Anything beyond the scope is a new written scope.

What you own

Deliverables built under a signed scope are yours: systems, documentation, and the accounts they run in. Embedwise keeps its pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.

Approvals

Shipped systems include an approval step on customer-facing actions. Your team’s approvals and your data are your responsibility; building what the scope says, with professional care, is ours.

Payment

Fees are stated in the written scope and invoiced as it describes; exact numbers are agreed before work begins.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Embedwise’s total liability for an engagement is capped at the fees paid for it; neither side is liable for indirect losses.

Changes

These terms may change; the date below is the latest revision. Signed scopes keep their terms.
